If you are looking for complete albums of these games, I recommend you to pay Galbadia Hotel a visit, because this site really has a *lot* of complete soundtracks of anime and video game music. (It even has the Street Fighter Zero 2 drama cd's.)

The song "Kono Omoi o Tsutaetai" (I Want You To Know) was sung by Sakura's game voice actor Yuko Sasamoto. It was unlockable in the Sony Playstation version of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo. (I don't know about the other console versions.)

The karaoke version of the song could be found on the game-cd itself as redbook cd-audio, so you could also listen to it in a cd player. (Located on track 2.)
