"This is the essence of the Red Terror..."

The Extraordinary Commission is neither an investigating commission nor a tribunal. It is an organ of struggle, acting on the home front of a civil war. It does not judge the enemy: it strikes him... We are not carrying out war against individuals. We are exterminating the bourgeoisie as a class. We are not looking for evidence or witnesses to reveal deeds or words against the Soviet power. The first question we ask is - to what class does he belong, what are his origins, upbringing, education or profession? These questions define the fate of the accused. This is the essence of the Red Terror.

A new system of justice, and  defense was created. The knowledge they received from Russia.

Every part of a citizens life was now  watched by a system of informants. The informants themselves were watched so they could spot everything which happens in the country.

That freedom was once again curtailed is not the only thing you see after a revolution. The point is that to win a revolution you need money  and an organization. In most societies in the Third World  but also in the West. If you are hungry you have no time to set up an organization of revolutionairies. Poor farmers and workers  have little money to give for the big case.

The only people who can give a contribution are people  belonging  to the upper layers of the society. In the West some people who belong to the middle class can also give money to the big case.

So most active leaders of a revolution fight against their own class. Exemptions are welcomed for their progaganda.

So  if you was born to be a farmer or worker and now allowed to organize than you don't want be a worker  anymore.

The revolution gives you a chance on this moment only because you were belonging to the oppressed class and not always you have the talent to run an organization.

They use the manners, the customs and the culture from their own classes, A few rich people are robbed and the money is spend to

some public matters. Not all the rich people because the secret police , the army and everbody you need to run a complex society must be paid. So you need people of the old regime as well.

The nature of man does not change so you find always ennough people to set up a dictatorschip in the name of goodness.

Castro himself became the biggest landowner in the world because nobody had land anymore in Cuba it belonged to everybody so nobody had a saying without the approval of the Party and the Party was Castro.

From the outside it looked different. Smiling people , furious people during demontrations against the USA.

But in the West the adherents  lost sight because Castro was not anymore top hit no one. Mao became the new one with his cultural revolution.

So you have to search for a new idol.
