Sheet music for national anthems

This collection hasn't seen maintenance and expansion during the past half year, because of my work. During that timeframe some errors were reported and I received quite a few requests. As of now I am able to expand the collection and to correct errors. The errors concerning the romanian and norwegian anthems have been corrected already, expansions will follow.

You need Acrobat® Reader from Adobe Systems inc. to view and print these files. There are no MIDI or audio files here. You can find the MIDI files - and the lyrics - here, together with additional information. MP3, WMA and RealAudio files are available here.

Technical details: The `previews' are rendered at 72 DPI, your printer determines the print quality. The page layout is for paper size A4.

Why

I started these pages because I got a request for sheet music for one of the anthems listed above. Images suitable for printing are hard to find otherwise, if available.

Some countries, including Belgium, Canada, Finland en Switzerland have two or more official languages. There are versions available for each language.

Most anthems are available as MIDI files; to put the lyrics under the notes I need recordings of sung versions. These are much harder to find. All RealAudio, MP3, and Vorbis files are welcome, no Windows Media please. You can find MIDI files and lyrics here. Dan McGlaun has a collection of arrangements for woodwind quintet.
