Email problems

If you don't get an automatic out-of-office reply from, you may try an email to: I will reply your email with an email that contains a link to Usually within one day.

Please trust me: I reply to all SuitPlay requests and usually within one day.

Occasionally my reply 'could not be delivered', either because 'user is unknown' or because 'mailbox is full' or as a measure against junkmail. Sometimes SuitPlay requests did not reach me, without a notification to the sender. Most of the times, the cause is not always clear.

The best you can do is try again and use another email account if possible.
