Change management ~ Software lifecycle ~ People management
Operational manager specialised in delivery, maintenance and the creation of business Software. More than 20 years experience in implementing ICT solutions in financial and governmental markets. I believe in achieving results by keeping the human factor in focus. In that respect the customer perspective as well as the perspective from the professionals is important. Investing in customer relations not only by commercial employees but also by your professionals will guarantee success for the long term. By giving your professionals adequate attention you will get the loyalty and extra effort needed to satisfy your customers and get the results you want.
I am a builder and understand customer as well as professional. I can build and motivate a team and make sure results will be met. I have always worked in commercial organisations, so I understand the importance of the customer perspective to drive an organisation. Because I also worked in relatively small companies the importance of cost management is evident to me.
