The 3041 limo has been made in two different versions. One with and one without mascot.
 

There are two baseplates.

  1. "made in us zone germany"
  2. "made in western germany"

The limo with the mascot has always baseplate "made in us zone germany" and chroom wheels. The limo without mascot can be found with both baseplates and chroom or "schuco cord" wheels.
 
There's also a limo made in Spain (the first and third car from the left). The car has plastic wheels and no schuco on the front grille. Many thanks to António Arnaud from Portugal who gave me the pictures.
