The gearbox is complete with shifter, the clutch (bell) housing and the rear flange. Also present are the axle and levers for the clutch.
The gearbox turns freely, without any strange noices and shifts nicely through all gears. The internals look perfect (see pictures), so it really appears in a very good condition (only needing new gaskets, oil seals and the 4 ball bearings I would suggest).
The gearbox came from the estate of Doug Magnon who was an avid Maserati collector and co-founder of the Riverside International Automotive Museum, who recently passed away.
I was told it came from a Mistral and was working perfectly when removed over 20 years ago and kept since then as a spare.
